Arabic Supplicationالنص العربي

وَنُنَزِّلُ مِنَ الْقُرْآنِ مَا هُوَ شِفَاءٌ وَرَحْمَةٌ لِّلْمُؤْمِنِينَ

Transliteration (Pronunciation Guide)

"Wa nunazzilu minal-Qur'ani ma huwa shifa'un wa rahmatun lil-mu'mineen"

Urdu Translationاردو ترجمہ

اور ہم قرآن میں سے وہ چیز نازل کرتے ہیں جو مومنوں کے لیے شفاء اور رحمت ہے۔

English Meaning

"And We send down of the Qur'an that which is healing and mercy for the believers."

Recited when feeling physical body pain. Place your right hand over the painful area and recite.
