Dua of Yunus AS (In Hardship & Distress)
سیدنا یونس علیہ السلام کی دعا (مشکل و پریشانی میں)
وَذَا النُّونِ إِذ ذَّهَبَ مُغَاضِبًا فَظَنَّ أَن لَّن نَّقْدِرَ عَلَيْهِ فَنَادَىٰ فِي الظُّلُمَاتِ أَن لَّا إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا أَنتَ سُبْحَانَكَ إِنِّي كُنتُ مِنَ الظَّالِمِينَ
"Wa Dhan-Nooni idh dhahaba mughadiban fadhanna an lan naqdira 'alayhi fanada fith-dhulumati an la ilaha illa anta subhanaka innee kuntu minadh-dhalimeen"
اور مچھلی والے (یونس علیہ السلام) کو یاد کیجیے جب وہ غصے کی حالت میں چلے گئے اور انہوں نے گمان کیا کہ ہم ان پر تنگی نہیں کریں گے۔ پھر انہوں نے اندھیروں میں پکارا کہ تیرے سوا کوئی معبود نہیں، تو پاک ہے، بے شک میں ہی قصورواروں میں سے تھا۔
"And [remember] Dhan-Nun [Jonah], when he went off in anger and thought that We would not decree [any hardship] upon him. And he called out within the darknesses: There is no deity except You; exalted are You. Indeed, I have been of the wrongdoers."
Recited during times of severe anxiety, grief, depression, difficulty, or distress.
