Daily Dua Companion & Supplications

Allah - there is no deity except Him, the Ever-Living, the Sustainer of all existence. Neither drowsiness overtakes Him nor sleep. To Him belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth. Who is it that can intercede with Him except by His permission? He knows what is before them and what will be after them, and they encompass not a thing of His knowledge except for what He wills. His Kursi extends over the heavens and the earth, and their preservation tires Him not. And He is the Most High, the Most Great.

Say: He is Allah, [who is] One, Allah, the Eternal Refuge. He neither begets nor is born, nor is there to Him any equivalent.

In Your name, my Lord, I lie down, and in Your name I rise. If You take my soul, have mercy on it.

Praise is to Allah Who gives us life after He has caused us to die and unto Him is the resurrection.

Praise be to Allah Who has clothed me with this garment and provided it for me without any power or might on my part.

In the name of Allah we enter, in the name of Allah we leave, and upon our Lord we place our trust.

In the name of Allah, I place my trust in Allah. There is no power nor strength except with Allah.

O Allah, I seek refuge in You from all evil and evil spirits.

I ask You for Your forgiveness.

I bear witness that there is no deity worthy of worship except Allah alone, without partner; and I bear witness that Muhammad is His servant and Messenger. O Allah, make me of those who repent and make me of those who purify themselves.

O Allah, open the gates of Your mercy for me.

O Allah, I ask You from Your bounty.

Glory to Him Who has subjected this to us, and we could never have it by our efforts. And surely, to our Lord we are returning.

We return, repenting, worshipping, and praising our Lord.

In the name of Allah and upon the blessings of Allah.

All praise is due to Allah Who fed us, gave us drink, and made us Muslims.

O Allah, suffice me with What You have allowed instead of what You have forbidden, and make me independent of all others through Your favor.

So he watered [their flocks] for them, then turned back to the shade and said: My Lord, indeed I am, for whatever good You would send down to me, in need.

Say: I seek refuge in the Lord of daybreak from the evil of that which He created, and from the evil of darkness when it settles, and from the evil of the blowers in knots, and from the evil of an envier when he envies.

Say: I seek refuge in the Lord of mankind, the Sovereign of mankind, the God of mankind, from the evil of the retreating whisperer - who whispers [evil] into the breasts of mankind - from among the jinn and mankind.

O Allah, You are my Lord, none has the right to be worshipped except You. You created me and I am Your servant, and I abide by Your covenant and promise as best I can. I seek refuge in You from the evil of what I have done. I acknowledge Your favor upon me and I acknowledge my sin, so forgive me, for none forgives sins except You.

And say: My Lord, forgive and have mercy, and You are the best of the merciful.

And [remember] Dhan-Nun [Jonah], when he went off in anger and thought that We would not decree [any hardship] upon him. And he called out within the darknesses: There is no deity except You; exalted are You. Indeed, I have been of the wrongdoers.

But if they turn away, say: Sufficient for me is Allah; there is no deity except Him. On Him I have relied, and He is the Lord of the Great Throne.

And We send down of the Qur'an that which is healing and mercy for the believers.

In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful. [All] praise is [due] to Allah, Lord of the worlds, The Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful, Sovereign of the Day of Recompense. It is You we worship and You we ask for help. Guide us to the straight path - The path of those upon whom You have bestowed favor, not of those who have evoked [Your] anger or of those who are astray.

And lower to them the wing of humility out of mercy and say: My Lord, have mercy upon them both as they brought me up when I was small.

And those who say: Our Lord, grant us from among our wives and offspring comfort to our eyes and make us an example for the righteous.

So high [above all] is Allah, the Sovereign, the Truth. And do not hasten with the Qur'an before its revelation is completed to you, and say: My Lord, increase me in knowledge.

He gives wisdom to whom He wills, and whoever has been given wisdom has certainly been given much good.

And among them are those who say: Our Lord, give us in this world that which is good and in the Hereafter that which is good and protect us from the punishment of the Fire.

The month of Ramadhan in which was revealed the Qur'an, a guidance for the people and clear proofs of guidance and criterion.

And proclaim to the people the Hajj [pilgrimage]; they will come to you on foot and on every lean camel; they will come from every distant pass.

In the name of Allah.

O Allah, as You have made my physical appearance beautiful, make my character beautiful as well.

O Allah, Lord of this perfect call and established prayer, grant Muhammad the Wasilah (highest station in Jannah) and virtue, and raise him to the praised station which You have promised him.

O Allah, guide me among those You have guided, pardon me among those You have pardoned, turn to me in friendship among those You have turned to, bless me in what You have bestowed, and save me from the evil of what You have decreed.

O Allah, You are Most Forgiving, and You love forgiveness, so forgive me.

O Allah, there is no ease except in that which You have made easy, and You make the difficult easy if You wish.

O Allah, suffice me with Your lawful gifts instead of Your forbidden things, and enrich me by Your favor so that I am independent of all others.
