📜SCHOLARLY_TRADITIONSheikh Abdul Qadir Gilani (1077–1166 CE), titled Al-Ghauts al-A'zam (The Great Succor) and Muhiyuddin (Reviver of Faith), is the founder of the Qadiriyya Sufi order. Born in Nif/Jilan and resting in Baghdad Sharif, his sermons on purification of the soul remain timeless.
