SALAH Live respects your privacy. If you have a SALAH Live account (such as a Masjid Administrator account), you may request deletion of your account and associated personal information.

2. What Will Be Deleted

When your deletion request is processed, the following items and data associated with your account will be permanently deleted:

  • Account profile
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Masjid administrator profile
  • Any personal information associated with your account

Certain information may be retained if required for:

  • Legal obligations
  • Fraud prevention
  • Security
  • Audit and compliance purposes

4. How to Request Deletion

You can request account deletion using either of the two options below:

Option A

Email Request

Send an email request to our support team with your registered account details.

Email:

Subject: Delete My Salah Live Account

Include:

  • Registered email address
  • Registered phone number (if available)
  • Masjid name (if applicable)

Contact Us Form

Use our online support form to submit your account deletion request directly.

Fill out your contact details and specify that you wish to delete your account in the message box.

We normally process verified account deletion requests within 30 days.
